Kerja Sepenuh Masa ECN Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Actiforce Mechatronics Technology (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Objectives:

• Expedites the timely and effective implementation of new product releases and existing product design changes in support of R&D and Manufacturing purposes

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating Bill of Material (BOM) in accordance with product requirements provided by R&D Department.
• Processing of Engineering changes.
• Ensure BOMs are maintained and updated according to the ECN requirements.
• Item Master Data creation/update and maintenance for parts in SAP.
• Maintaining ECN Master tracker.
• Coordinate ECN Meeting with work cell team members to establish ECN verification of accuracy.
• Upload ECN tracker into SAP.
• Converting R&D BOM into SAP BOM and Master BOM.
• Activities involved receiving PO from planning team and convert into Job order release.
• Maintaining documentation for Job release.
• Maintain and manage the documents softcopy.
• To support all requirements given by Superior.

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and other duties may be added from time to time

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing)
• Experience:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in ECN, BOM, Product Data Management

and AVL related activities.

- Understanding of bill of materials (BOMs).

- Understanding of SAP system.

• Skills:

- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills

- Good Leadership

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills

- Ability to work independently

- Broad knowledge in SAP PDM

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Able to converse and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia

- Innovative

- Creative

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
