### *Job Description*

We are looking for a motivated and responsible *Network Technician* to support our fiber broadband and VoIP system deployment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

### *Responsibilities*

* Assist in installation and configuration of fiber broadband routers at customer premises

* Support fiber service installations (e.g. Unifi)

* Assist in *fiber splicing and basic fiber troubleshooting*

* Assist in *cabling works (LAN, fiber, trunking, patching, etc.)*

* Support installation and maintenance of VoIP / IP telephony systems

* Assist in PABX system setup and troubleshooting

* Perform basic network troubleshooting (internet and voice issues)

* Ensure work is completed according to company standards

* Prepare basic service reports

### *Requirements*

* Minimum SPM / Diploma in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field

* *Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply*

* Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage (training provided)

* Willing to learn fiber, VoIP, cabling, and PABX systems

* Responsible attitude and willingness to work on-site

* Able to work independently with guidance

* Willing to travel

* Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred

### *Additional Information*

* Experience in *Unifi installation* is an added advantage

* Experience or exposure to *fiber splicing* is a plus (not mandatory)

* Experience in *cabling works* (LAN / fiber) is an advantage

* On-the-job training will be provided
