Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing company specializing in printing and installation services — from signboards and banners to event setups and corporate displays. We pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and reliable project delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, documentation, scheduling).

· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

· Support project planning, job tracking, and delivery arrangements.

· Manage inventory and office supplies.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Able to multitask and work independently.

· Experience in the printing or advertising industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
