Teacher (Coding & Technology Education)

Company: Koding Next Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and committed Teacher to deliver engaging coding and technology lessons based on the Koding Next curriculum. You will support students’ learning progress, contribute to teaching material development, and participate in education programmes and events organised by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons based on the Koding Next curriculum.

Support students’ learning, development and progress.

Maintain an engaging, positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Collaborate with Curriculum and Training Teams to develop and improve teaching materials.

Monitor student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.

Participate in webinars, seminars, workshops and education-related activities.

Support programme improvements and other initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.

Comply with company policies and professional standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Education or equivalent.

Passion for teaching children and working in an education environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Skill and experience in social media

Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel between centres and programme locations when required.

Working Details

Working days: 5 days per week (Sunday and Monday off)

Working hours: 11.30-8.30p.m. (1-hour break)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM 2,700-3,000 per month (gross)

Parking allowance: RM200 per month

Annual leave: 8 days

Medical leave: 14 days (with medical certificate)

Public holidays: 11 days

EPF, SOCSO and statutory deductions in accordance with Malaysian law

Performance-based bonuses and increments (subject to company discretion)

Other Information

The Company reserves the right to transfer employees to other Koding Next locations when required.
