Job Description

• To design, refresh and upkeep training materials at regular intervals including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various training programs.
• Identify and certify trainers in Train-the Trainer program, handle training audits, conduct, monitor and evaluates training to ensure the training effectiveness
• Responsible to implement effective Quality Assurance program for both front line and support functions, encompassing on-site audits and mystery shopper program
• Works closely with all key department heads in providing support and advises
• Conceptualized and individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations
• Deploys a wide variety of training methods
• Resolve any problems in relation to training

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Management Trainee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Able to work under pressure
• Sense of responsibility
• Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn
• Must travel to other outlets
• Computer literate (email, excel, words etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
