Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, billing, and financial documentation.
  • Support tender financial documentation and compliance.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to accounts and finance.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Acounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
