We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Admin / Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

Job Scope:

  • Handle patient registration & appointment booking
  • Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage front desk and basic admin tasks
  • Assist in daily clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Responsible and positive attitude
  • Experience in clinic/customer service is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
