Finance Intern – Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily operations and financial processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and financial management within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management
• Support bank and cash reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Organize, maintain, and file financial documents in a systematic and efficient manner
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company’s accounting system
• Provide support during internal and external audit processes
• Input and update financial data while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments as required by the finance team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM500.00 per month
