RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES (OPERATION ASSISTANT)
1. Hostel Management
- Coordinate daily hostel operations, including check-in/check-out arrangements for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room allocation, and resident details.
- Monitor hostel conditions and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair works with relevant vendors.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle residents’ inquiries, feedback, and minor issues, escalating matters when necessary.
2. Transport Management
- Coordinate worker transportation schedules, routes, and trip arrangements.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely and safe bus/vehicle services.
- Monitor transport usage, trip records, and service quality.
- Assist in negotiating and confirming transport rates, schedules, and service agreements.
- Address transport-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
3. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, checklists, and reports related to hostel and transport operations.
- Support invoicing, payment tracking, and documentation for vendors and service providers.
- Ensure all operational records are properly filed and updated.
4. Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
