Job Overview

Raed Wellness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin cum Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administrative support with sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, customer interaction, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

• Manage daily office operations, documentation, and filing
• Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases
• Prepare invoices, reports, and basic administrative paperwork
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings

Sales & Customer Service

• Respond to walk-in, online, and phone inquiries
• Promote and sell wellness products/services
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in admin, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, health, or beauty industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing
