About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our growing team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Sandakan District, Sabah. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing data entry and word processing tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Maintaining and updating various administrative records and databases
• Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
• Handling inquiries and correspondence from both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the broader team with any additional administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Excellent data entry and word processing skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Relevant administrative or clerical experience is preferred, but not essential
