Responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the hotel, airport, or other destinations, ensuring a positive guest experience through excellent customer service and vehicle maintenance. May also assist with luggage, provide local information, and coordinate with hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Safely driving guests to and from various locations, including airports, local attractions, and providing timely service.
• Customer Service: Offering a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing regular checks on the vehicle's condition, including cleanliness, fluid levels, and tire pressure, and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Communication: Effectively communicating with guests and hotel staffs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
• Excellent Driving Skills: Safe and efficient driving in various conditions.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
