RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and Facebook
- Develop scripts, captions, and storyboards based on product selling points and campaign objectives
- Support TikTok LIVE sessions, including preparation of scripts, props, product setup, and on-screen assistance
- Appear on camera for content such as product demos, unboxing, and trend-based videos when required
- Assist in basic e-commerce content updates for Shopee and/or Lazada (product descriptions and visuals)
- Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats to support platform relevance
- Engage with audience by responding to comments and messages to support community interaction
- Assist in coordinating with micro-creators, KOCs, and UGC contributors for content collaboration
- Support basic visual content creation using Canva or Adobe Express for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and compile basic content performance data (reach, engagement, and conversions) for reporting purposes
REQUIREMENT:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or related field
- Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Active on TikTok and Instagram with awareness of current trends
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation
- Familiar with Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Strong interest in social media trends, digital content, and e-commerce marketing
- Responsible, able to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
