Admin Intern (Internship)

Location: HQ, Cyberjaya
Department: Administration
Job Type: Internship

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and office operations
  • Handle filing, document preparation, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist in managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and office coordination
  • Maintain proper records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports and administrative paperwork
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
