Tanggungjawab
1. Administration & Offer Support
Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and record management
Support overall office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on documentation matters
2. Documentation & Filling Management
Organize, update, and maintain proper filing systems (hardcopy & softcopy)
Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
Monitor and manage important company documents (e.g., invoices, DO, PO, agreements.
3. Shipping & Logistics Documentation
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as:
Delivery Order (DO)
Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Coordinate with forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for shipments.
Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate prior to dispatch
4. Customs Handling
Handle and coordinate documentation related to Malaysian customs requirements
Customs systems (e.g., JKDM, SIRIM, MITI, CIDB)
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures.
5. Data Entry & Record Management
Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems
Maintain and update databases for customers, suppliers, and transactions
Assist in preparing basic operational reports when required.
6. Basic HR Support
Assist with basic HR functions such as:
Leave and medical (MC) records management
Preparation of employee interview calling, send email.
Visa submission and application in system.
Submission to Immigration Department.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
