Full job description

Job Responsibility

The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation (recruitment)

written and verbal communication

  • Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
  • Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
  • Collaborating with other members of the team.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and

making copies of documents

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records

efficiently

  • Ability to multitask as and when required.
  • General/Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work in SS2, Petaling Jaya.
  • Diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
