Job Overview:

We are seeking a candidate with over one year of experience in sales. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in providing support through client interactions, helping to identify and resolve software and hardware issues. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in selling POS (Point of Sale) software, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation

• Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Qualify leads to determine their potential for conversion.

Sales Presentations

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Implementation

• Execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales techniques and processes.

Market Research

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer needs.

Negotiation and Closing

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful deal closure and onboarding.

Sales Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Collaboration with Marketing

• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Provide input on marketing materials and strategies based on customer feedback.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
