Retail Assistant – Job Scope

1. Customer Service

• Attend to walk-in customers
• Introduce and explain products to customers
• Assist customers in choosing suitable products

2. Sales

• Support daily sales in the shop
• Follow up with customer enquiries (WhatsApp / phone if needed)
• Inform customers about promotions or new products

3. Stock Handling

• Arrange and replenish products on display shelves
• Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock
• Ensure stock is properly arranged and labelled

4. Shop Maintenance

• Ensure shop is clean, neat and well organized
• Maintain proper product display and pricing tags

5. Packing & Delivery Support

• Assist to pack items for customers or delivery
• Prepare products for collection or shipment

6. Inventory Support

• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking
• Report low stock or damaged items to supervisor

7. Other Duties

• Support daily shop operations - can do tiktok live

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
