Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing agencies to plan and execute KOL/influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content alignment, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Actively source, identify, and onboard new influencers, content creators, and media partners to expand marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and agency partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI) and optimize for better results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, and design) to ensure campaigns align with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Existing network of influencers, content creators, or agencies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with tracking tools, affiliate marketing, or performance-based campaigns is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
