Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Control
- Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance at warehouse
- Track slow-moving, aging, and short-expiry stock
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Involve in monthly stock checks at warehouse
2. Demand & Consumption Analysis
- Analyse outlet sales and consumption trends
- Monitor forecasted demand vs actual usage
- Identify over-ordering or under-ordering patterns
3. Stock Planning Support
- Support SCM Manager in stock planning and replenishment
- Monitor stock vs forecast and highlight risks (shortage / overstock)
- Assist in safety stock and reorder level monitoring
- Work with operations team to align forecast with requests, promotions or seasonality
4. Purchasing Operations (Execution Role)
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requirements
- Follow up with suppliers on account statement, delivery status and shortages
- Ensure correct quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse on goods receiving
- Handle day-to-day supplier communication
5. Reporting & Dashboard
- Prepare weekly and monthly SCM reports
- Develop simple dashboards (Excel / system) for management visibility
- Track KPIs such as:
- Stock turnover
- Stock days
- Forecast accuracy
- Wastage / expiry
6. System & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and item master data
- Ensure proper documentation of stock movement (GRN, issuance, transfer)
- Monitor PO vs delivery vs stock received
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis / demand planning / supply chain
- Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookup, basic formulas)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in F&B retail or central kitchen is a plus
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
