The role focuses on diagnosing and solving grower issues, providing technical support, and promoting our crop-health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to vegetable and orchard growers.
• Diagnose agronomic issues related to nutrition, soil health, pest, and disease.
• Recommend appropriate fertilizer, bio-stimulant, and bio-fertilizer programs.
• Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
• Deliver grower training, field days, and technical presentations.
• Collect field data and report market insights to the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Science, biology or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with vegetable or orchard crop production in highland environments.
• Strong problem-solving ability in crop management.
• Good communication with customer preference language and grower-engagement skills.
• Willing to travel within Bukit Gambir, Johor and nearby areas.
