About the Role

Our client, a renowned luxury fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Marcom Assistant Manager to lead and execute integrated 360 marketing initiatives in Malaysia.

Based in TRX, this role requires a highly hands-on individual with strong expertise across multiple marketing functions, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with regional and global HQ teams. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities, with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360 marketing and communication campaigns across online and offline channels
• Manage advertising strategies, including media planning and buying
• Plan and deliver high-impact image events, VIP activations, and brand experiences
• Oversee PR activities, including press relations, celebrity dressing, and influencer partnerships
• Drive CRM initiatives and clienteling strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Support e-commerce marketing, including paid media and digital campaigns
• Partner with Visual Merchandising teams on pop-ups, in-store activations, and window displays
• Liaise with regional and global HQ teams through regular calls and reporting
• Manage agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Oversee campaign reporting, budgeting, and backend coordination across departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing Communications within luxury retail / fashion / beauty
• Strong hands-on experience across:
• Advertising & Media Buying
• Events & Client Activations (VIP focus preferred)
• PR, Celebrity & Influencer Management
• CRM & Client Development
• E-commerce & Paid Media
• Exposure to Visual Merchandising (pop-ups / window displays) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia luxury consumer landscape
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is preferred
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
