Role Description

The Digital Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Kepong. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, overseeing online marketing efforts, using web analytics to optimize campaigns, and developing strategies for enhanced digital presence. The Digital Marketing Lead will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive monthly and quarterly marketing plans, content calendars, and campaign strategies
  • aligned with brand objectives and business growth targets.
  • Lead the creation and execution of engaging digital content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and
  • Xiaohongshu, including videos, Reels, photos, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Supervise team and work on day-to-day execution, delegating responsibilities, managing timelines, and
  • ensuring consistent quality output.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, overseeing budget allocation, audience
  • targeting, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance regularly, translating data and emerging
  • trends into actionable improvements.
  • Support product launches, in-store promotions, and marketing events, coordinating efforts across both
  • online and on-ground activations.
  • Identify, brief, and manage external collaborators including influencers, KOLs/KOCs, photographers,
  • videographers, and designers.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to surface insights that inform strategy,
  • content direction, and brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing strategies and Web Analytics to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and brand messaging.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to evolving marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the FMCG or food production industry is considered an advantage.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
