Kerja Purchasing Intern, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,300 di Aurightec Malaysia Kedah - Maukerja

Responsible for supporting purchasing and procurement activities including sourcing, supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and data tracking to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. The role involves assisting the Purchasing team in managing materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily procurement functions in a fast-paced EMS/PCBA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Support & Coordination:

• Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers

Supplier Communication:

• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, and order status

Data Management & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier information

Inventory & Material Support:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and support material planning activities

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
• Internship duration: minimum 3 – 6 months
• Basic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
