Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Livestream Host to represent our brand across TikTok and Shopee Live. This role focuses on on-camera hosting, live selling, audience engagement, and content creation, delivering an interactive and engaging shopping experience for viewers.

You will act as a brand ambassador, driving sales, building audience trust, and creating lively livestream and short-form content that aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Hosting & Sales

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee.
• Introduce product features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a clear and engaging manner.
• Drive viewer engagement, traffic, and conversion during live sessions.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing concerns.
• Proactively encourage viewers to make online purchases during livestreams.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image during all live sessions.

Performance & Optimization

• Review livestream performance data (views, engagement, sales, feedback).
• Continuously improve livestream flow, scripts, and presentation style.
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, features, and live-selling formats.

Content Creation

• Participate in product videos and short-form content creation.
• Contribute ideas for livestream content and video concepts.
• Support content planning aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.

Technical & Operational Support

• Set up and manage livestream equipment, tools, and software.
• Handle basic technical troubleshooting during live sessions.
• Adapt quickly to unexpected situations during livestreams.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in English.
• Confident speaking on camera with strong presentation skills.
• Presentable, cheerful, and engaging personality.
• Familiar with TikTok and Shopee Live platforms.
• Ability to engage, entertain, and build rapport with a live audience.
• Fast learner with positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a livestream host, content creator, streamer, or influencer.
• Background in e-commerce, marketing, digital media, or communications.
• Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Strong storytelling and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
