Tanggungjawab

Job responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Assist the Accountant in day-to day accounting activities such as document processing and data entry.
  • Sorting and checking of daily sales report and settlements.
  • Check suppliers' monthly Statement of Accounts to invoices and bills.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments are made to suppliers and other creditors.
  • Check staff claims before submitting for approval/payment.
  • Assist in monthly payroll process such as calculating staff OT hours, preparing pay slips and keying in payroll related journal entries into AutoCount.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations (bank and petty cash).
  • Assist in identifying accounting adjustments and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing documents/listings required for audit and tax purposes such as monthly payroll summary, Borang E and CP8D.

Admin

  • Update and manage staff records in AutoCount HRMS.
  • Prepare letters, forms and memos for staff such as Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Leave Form etc.
  • Keep track of renewal dates of SSM documents, Business Licenses, Tenancy Agreements etc.
  • Assist in issuing insurance cover notes and policies.
  • Organise documents and ensure that filing is in order.
  • Assist in job postings and and screening through the applicants/candidates.
  • Assist in contacting the short-listed applicants/candidates and arrange for interview with the respective Outlet Managers.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in accounting, administrative and/or HR work is preferred. However, fresh graduates with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Has great attention to detail and a positive working attitude.
  • Responsible and is able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in insurance is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
