Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Accounts Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and the timely closing of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Full Set of Accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• MANUFACTURER ACCOUNT PREFFERED
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
• Process and submit SST filings and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized filing of all financial documents and receipts.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for yearly submissions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent.
• Software: Proficient in Accounting Software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million) and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, honest, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
