Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models (CATIA is an advantage).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical standards to support manufacturing implementation.
• Review engineering or customer changes and assess impacts on manufacturing processes and product configuration.
• Create and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOM) and product configuration data in accordance with approved specifications.
• Develop and update manufacturing process sequences and work instructions to support efficient production.
• Prepare and transmit engineering data to suppliers, ensuring correct configuration and documentation.
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities by assisting in non-conformance validation and root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support to production and suppliers to resolve engineering-related issues.
