Tanggungjawab

Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in recruitment, employee records and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking and basic payroll support
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters and reports
  • Coordinate training sessions and company activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
