Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Account And Admin Executive di Offshore-CPI Supply Selangor - Maukerja

We are currently looking for a new team member to support us as follows:

• Handle GST submissions and claims
• Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) transactions
• Prepare sales invoices & monitors receivable collections
• Perform monthly accounts closing to ensure all general ledger entries have been entered into the system
• Prepare management reports, weekly update on cash status, debtors and creditors
• Ensure accuracy of bank reconciliation/bank’s cash flow
• Ensure timely supply of accounting information to the management
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators and government offices
• Responsible for office administration and other ad hoc functions as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• High Proficiency in MYOB Accounting System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access
• Good command of spoken and written English
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Possess initiative and responsible attitude, mature, good attention to detail, proactive and result oriented
• A team player and fast learner with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
