Job Description:
A Senior Full Stack Developer designs, develops, and maintains end-to-end web applications, handling both front-end user interfaces and back-end server logic, APIs, and databases. They lead technical projects, ensure code quality, mentor junior developers, and optimize system performance, typically requiring 5+ years of experience with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or .NET.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Plan and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications and database schemas.
- Full-Stack Development: Create responsive front-ends (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) and server-side logic (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to define requirements and deliver, test, and deploy applications.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI libraries.
- Backend: Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, C#) and frameworks (Express, Spring, Django).
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Infrastructure/Tools: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and RESTful API design.
Qualifications
- Typically, 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web applications.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable web services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
