About the Role:

We are looking for a high-level IELTS Expert to build a comprehensive, strategy-driven curriculum for our new intensive program. This is a "Turnkey" project; once completed, our teaching staff will use your materials to guide students from a Band 5.0 to a Band 7.5+.Key Deliverables (The "Turnkey" Kit)The developer must provide the following for the full IELTS Academic and General Training tracks:

• Strategy-Focused Syllabus: A 10–12 week intensive roadmap detailing specific learning outcomes for all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• IELTS "Strategy Hacks" Modules: Dedicated lessons on Task 1 (Data/Letters) and Task 2 (Essays) including high-scoring structures, cohesive devices, and "Writing Frames."
• Reading & Listening Tactics: Specific training materials for time management, skimming/scanning, and avoiding common exam distractors.
• Standardized Lesson Templates: Branded, high-quality slide decks (PowerPoint/Canva) for every classroom session.
• Teacher’s Marking Guide: A simplified internal rubric based on the official IELTS Band Descriptors to help our teachers provide consistent, accurate feedback.
• Full Mock Exam Bank: A curated set of at least 5 full-length mock exams with answer keys and model essays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Expertise: Native-level English proficiency with a personal IELTS Band 8.5 or 9.0 will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Relevant IELTS teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are former IELTS Examiners.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education.
