Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building infrastructure and facilities ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fixing issues related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning system, carpentry, and other building systems.
- Carry out small project and installation as and when needed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Records the performed maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately.
- Participate in emergency response procedures related to building safety.
REQUIREMENT:
SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities / building maintenance
- hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of basic electrical wiring, motors and general facility systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work under minimal supervision.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours or respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
