Job Scope - Junior Purchasing Assistant

* Assist in sourcing products and liaising with suppliers

* Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders

* Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods

* Maintain and organize purchasing records and documentation

* Compare prices, quality, and supplier performance

* Coordinate with internal teams on purchasing matters

* Support inventory checks and ensure proper stock records

* Carry out other ad-hoc purchasing and administrative duties as assigned

* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, with additional working experience will be a plus point.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Probation Period: 3 months
