Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR&ADMIN CLERK to support our Human Resource & Administration department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor 6S implementation within the company.
- Manage and control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) issuance and stock records.
- Monitor and manage office and production stationery, including stock control, purchase requests, and distribution.
- Assist in arranging, coordinating, and updating workers training records (internal & external).
- Monitor CCTV and report any unusual or disciplinary issues to management.
- Assist in handling emergency cases, including accompanying employees to clinics or hospitals when necessary.
- Support other HR and administrative functions as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Must have own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
