About the Role
We are representing an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced professional to oversee planning, coordination, inventory management, and operational support within a fast-paced working environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, planning capabilities, and experience in coordinating cross-functional operational activities to support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning activities and delivery schedules based on operational requirements.
- Support quotation and documentation processes related to daily operations.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure smooth coordination of materials and operational resources.
- Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency and timely execution of activities.
- Assist in managing procurement and supply coordination activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support continuous operational flow.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational enhancement activities.
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
- Experience in planning, coordination, inventory management, or operational support functions.
- Familiarity with ISO standards will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
