About the Role

Minfy Technologies is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Assurance Engineer with strong expertise across Microsoft Azure and M365 security ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening security posture, ensuring compliance readiness, monitoring risks, and supporting governance initiatives across enterprise cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft security platforms, IAM assurance, compliance monitoring, vulnerability tracking, and audit preparedness, along with a proactive approach to maintaining secure and compliant cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security posture assessments and assurance reviews across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Monitor and improve Microsoft Secure Score and implement security enhancement recommendations
• Conduct Identity & Access Management (IAM) assurance reviews including RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and governance controls
• Manage and review Microsoft Sentinel and Defender security controls and operational effectiveness
• Assess and monitor Intune compliance posture across enterprise-managed devices
• Track vulnerability remediation activities and coordinate closure with internal teams
• Support security compliance initiatives, governance requirements, and audit readiness activities
• Prepare and maintain security policies, operational procedures, and audit documentation
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operational teams to ensure implementation of security best practices
• Provide recommendations for improving cloud security controls and reducing organizational risk exposure

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Security Assurance roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Security and Microsoft 365 Security services
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Conditional Access & MFA
• Identity Governance & RBAC
• Microsoft Defender Suite
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Microsoft Intune
• Security posture monitoring and Secure Score improvements
• Vulnerability management and remediation tracking
• Compliance frameworks and audit support
• Knowledge of security standards and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR, etc.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be highly preferred:
