Tanggungjawab

Job Dec:

1. Handle customer enquiries through email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.

2. Prepare, track, and follow up on customer quotations.

3. Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotation requests, pricing negotiations, orders, and delivery arrangements.

4. Manage customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on delivery status.

5. Maintain and update customer records, sales records, and sales-related databases.

6. Coordinate and manage all sales-related documentation, approvals, distribution, and filing.

7. Monitor stock availability, product costing, and ongoing sales opportunities.

8. Prepare and analyze reports related to sales orders, stock availability, and team performance.

9. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Participate in monthly Sales Coordinator meetings and provide operational feedback and improvement suggestions.

11. Support onboarding and training of new Sales Coordinators when required.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirement:

1. Strong follow-up skills with a proactive approach (actively check, chase suppliers/customers, and ensure no pending items are left unattended).

2. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines (PO, quotation, delivery tracking, etc.).

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills (deal with customers, suppliers, and internal departments effectively).

5. 2–5 years of experience in Customer Support Operations, Sales Administration, Cross-Department Coordination, or Supply Chain is required. Manufacturing or Sheet Metal industry will be an added advantage.

6. Knowledge in costing (understand pricing, margin, quotation preparation, and basic cost structure).

7. Client-oriented mindset with a confident, outspoken, and friendly personality

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
