Job Title: Facilities Technician (Mobile Team)
Report To: Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Technician (Mobile Team) to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple sites. This role requires frequent travel between locations to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for building systems, ensuring all facilities remain in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and basic masonry work.

  • Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.

  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

  • Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, equipment, and mechanical systems as needed.

Mobile Team Operations:

  • Travel to different sites/buildings based on assigned schedules and service requests.

  • Communicate with site managers and tenants to address maintenance issues efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and materials used.

  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in working condition.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.

  • Identify and report potential hazards, defects, or areas needing improvement.

  • Assist in conducting preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure risks.

Qualifications:

  • Open to both local and foreign candidates (Foreign candidates must have a valid work permit).
  • Certificate/Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Willing to travel frequently between different sites.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
