Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, tender pricing, and progress claims.
• Analyse drawings and specifications for costing purposes.
• Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and procurement.
• Monitor project costs, variations (VO), claims, and final accounts.
• Prepare contracts, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or ACMV projects.
• Knowledge of costing, contracts, and tendering processes.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
