Job Title: HR & Admin Excecutive

Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
Job Type: Full-time, Contract-based
Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Excecutive to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources department, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to daily operations. You will work closely with management to maintain compliance with local regulations and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategic job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and delivering a professional onboarding experience.
  • Statutory Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with external agencies and statutory bodies (e.g., PERKESO, EPF, EIS) and manage external job portals to ensure administrative excellence.
  • Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain daily staff attendance records, ensuring data accuracy to support timely payroll processing.
  • Documentation & Records: Prepare and manage essential HR documents, including offer letters, warning letters, internal memos, and employment contracts with high confidentiality.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Operational Support: Assist management with administrative tasks and workforce planning to meet production and operational demands.

Requirements (Who You Are)

  • Education: Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in an HR or Administrative role is preferred (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and familiar with digital recruitment platforms.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) to effectively support a diverse team.
  • Attributes: A self-starter with the ability to manage priorities independently and maintain a high degree of organization.
