We are a growing confinement center dedicated to providing professional postpartum care and a comfortable recovery environment for mothers and newborns. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our brand, manage customer inquiries, and support our social media presence.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Remotely work: able to respond to urgent customer inquiries when necessary
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: RM 2,500 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relations
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, and Instagram
- Explain confinement packages and services to potential customers
- Follow up leads and assist in closing bookings
- Arrange customer visits and center tours
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain good customer service
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS)
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Assist in basic photo and video shooting
- Edit simple videos and reels using tools such as CapCut or Canva
- Showcase center facilities, meals, baby care, and customer experiences through content
Marketing Support
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor social media engagement and inquiries
- Support branding and online presence development
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active user of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS)
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple editing tools
- Comfortable with basic photography and video shooting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
