Position: MVP Technician

Location: CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

REQUIREMENTS

• SKM Level 2, SKM Level 3 or Diploma of technical-related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or aerospace will be an added advantage.
• Ability to take initiatives, communication skills and with able to work in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve MVP activities within the organization.
• Support MVP audits and ensure adherence to established audit principles.
• Maintain independence, professionalism, and confidentiality in all responsibilities.
• Monitor MVP audit progress (planned timelines) and performance.
• Handle approvals, stamp issuance, and documentation related to MVP processes.
• Prepare, update, and develop MVP training materials, assessment papers, and syllabus.
• Regularly review and ensure alignment of specifications with MVP training materials.
• Support external quality audits (e.g., AS9100 & Nadcap).
• Maintain document and record control in compliance with MVP process requirements.
• Support follow-up audits as required.
• Assist in Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and follow-up activities.
• Support high-quality standards in work and services for all staff
