Tanggungjawab

    • Responsible for Order Processing via Email or Phone , Expedite Orders through Internal Coordination.
    • Check Data Accuracy In Orders Before Releasing them to the Production Department Including Contact Customers to Obtain Missing Information or to Answer Queries.
    • Liaise with the Logistics Department to Ensure Timely Deliveries
    • Maintain and Update Sales and Customer Records
    • Direct Important Feedback from Customers to Relevant Departments
    • Stay Up to Date with New Products and Features
    • Provide Administrative Support and Handle Other Ad-hoc Tasks as Assigned

    Requirement *

    • Proficiency With Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software , Particularly MS Excel.
    • A Team Player with High Level of Dedication
    • Ability to Work Under Deadlines
