Position: ICT Executive
Salary: SGD3,500–4,800
Location: Jurong East
Transport: Company pickup available at Serangoon, Bishan, Choa Chu Kang, and Jurong East MRT

Working Days: 5 days
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle desktop, server, network, IT support, and security-related matters.
• Audit and enforce IT assets, security, standards, policies, and compliance.
• Network & Infrastructure:
• Perform general upgrades, changes, maintenance, and relocations.
• Administer and secure networks, servers, and server clusters.
• Support and participate in new business-related initiatives as required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related fields.
• Practical knowledge of the following (preferably with relevant certifications):
• MS Enterprise Solutions (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Network & Server Services)
• Enterprise & Cyber Security (e.g., APT, CIP, mainstream security devices)
• At least 6 months of internship experience in IT / Cybersecurity.
• Experience with DNS, WAF, web server operations, VMware, and hypervisor is an added advantage.
• Candidates with internal support experience are preferred.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month

• enterprise security devices-firewall,APT,WAF,DNS security: 4 years (Preferred)

• internal/in-house IT support (not outsource heldesk): 3 years (Preferred)
• managed web servers (IIS/Apache) or DNS records: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science (Preferred)
