1. Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM regulations on site
• Develop, implement, and review WSH policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments (RA), toolbox meetings, and safety inspections
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Liaise with authorities (MOM, main consultants) on safety matters
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation (RA, SWP, permits, reports)

2. Environmental Control (ECO)

• Ensure compliance with NEA environmental regulations
• Implement environmental control measures (dust, noise, vector control, waste management)
• Conduct regular environmental inspections and monitoring
• Maintain proper environmental records and reports
• Liaise with NEA and relevant authorities on environmental issues

3. Site Monitoring & Compliance

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Identify hazards and enforce corrective/preventive measures
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Registered WSHO with MOM (mandatory)
• Certified ECO (NEA registered) (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction
• Experience in A&A projects is an advantage
• Familiar with Singapore WSH and environmental regulations
• Strong communication and enforcement skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
