Job Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems using BIM software (e.g. Revit).
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submission drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other trades (e.g. ACMV, Electrical) to ensure clash-free models.
• Assist in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design / site coordination issues.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and feedback from project team.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing / sanitary works.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD (Navisworks is a plus).
• Candidates with HDB project experience will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and authority submission requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
