Brief Summary:

Join our dynamic Digital and Information Technology team as an Application Analyst, where you will play a vital role in enhancing and supporting IT systems within a healthcare organization. Your expertise will help ensure that our technological solutions meet operational and business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into business operations and identify requirements.

• Propose and implement IT solutions aimed at streamlining and enhancing business processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including functional designs, test specifications, user guides, and operational manuals.

• Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new IT implementations.

• Conduct effective end-user training sessions.

• Assist in the procurement and implementation of IT systems under the guidance of the Reporting Officer.

• Provide support coverage in the absence of team members.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing IT systems, preferably within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or other clinical management systems.

• Knowledge of process and workflow mapping.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
