PRIMARY FUNCTION
Assist the Supervisors to achieve various production target.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
Assist in ice-cream, ice-cream cake and novelties product production
Assist in raw material preparation E.g. Cake mould filling and demoulding, cake base preparation
Ad hoc duties assign by the supervisors
3. MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Education and above or equivalent (For foreigner: SPM)
4. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Preferably with experience working in food manufacturing central kitchen before
5. ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
Manufacturing environment, cold temperature
