Minimum experience of at least 2 years in project management roles, ideally in the construction, landscaping, interior design or A&A works.

1) Company transport provided.

2) Able to be assertive and be on site to push project progress (important).

3) Planning schedule and daily coordination work for multiple sites.

4) Managing client's call and expectation.

5) Logistics planning for transport of materials and equipment on site.

6) Administrative routine such as submission of safety related documentation prior to the start of work.

7) Risk management implementation for site analysis.

8) Ensuring workers meet their monthly work completion targets on site.

9) Able to work in a team and provide constant feedback on ways to improve existing coordination methods.

10) Added advantage for those who are able to read construction drawings (Revit, autodesk, autocad)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
